Hey rosebuds, it's Abigail. So today I'm on a fitness kick so I'm gonna do some fun ways to excersice in the summer without spedning all day in the gym, these are fun ways to get or stay fit, but remebered diet is a huge part of health too, so enjoy rosebuds!♡ 1. Go to the beach You can go running, play football or go swimming too, its awesome. 2. Run with a friend or your dog Its good excercise and it can help you keep in touch with your friends. 3. Go for a nice bike ride Pack up a picnic and put on lots of sunscreen and go for chill bike ride to a cool place and enjoy your lunch. 4.Try something new Never gone for a hike, never tried a fitness class, nows the time when you're just sitting around ,sign up for that class and go. 5. Learn to cook healthy food With all your free time you can learn how to prepare healthy and nutritious meals so take the time and learn, help yourself live your best life Hey queens, it's 2016! A new year means endless possibilities for a new (more glamorous) you. So I thought I would write about how to turn 2016 into the most glamorous year of your life in all aspects of your life. MAKEUP Tip 1° This year learn how to apply lipstick flawlessy every time. First- Lipbalm softens your lips and prevents it from cracking while it's on. Second- Lipliner it keeps your lipstick from bleeding onto the area around your mouth and also prevents it from smudging. Third- Lipstick applied with a brush it gives more control to the amount you're putting on and the placement. Fourth- Lipgloss finish it all off with some glitter. Tip 2° Invest in these 3 key nail polish colors. They are just a step up from black or white and give your hands an extra glamourous look R-L Magical (pink) Delight (gold) Begota Blackberry (red) Tip 3° Find a quality mask that works for your skin type. Apply once a week for a pampered year. FASHION Tip 1° Make sure that you own these three basic heels. You can create endless looks with them. Heeled boots Nude heels Party heels Tip 2° Go monochromatic for a week at least. It's simple, classy and elegant plus it's super easy to get dressed in the morning. Tip 3° Invest in a good quality coat this year. It will keep you warm on the inside and stylish on the outside. If your going to spend a lot of money on anything make sure it's a coat. MENTAL HEALTH Tip 1° Spend time alone. Have a spa night once a week. Chill out, pig out and relax. This will keep you in touch with the fact that you're okay alone. Tip 2° Make a happy jar. Fill a mason jar with happy thoughts everyday. When you have a bad day, empty it and read them, it's comforting to know that there is still good. Tip 3° Take a month of guys. No romantical encounters, this leaves time for you to love yourself, because trust me you're stunning. PHYSICAL HEALTH Tip 1° Adopt an 《I can't right now, but how can I learn》 mindset. Positivity is key in achieving your goals. Tip 2° Every morning when you wake up, drink a glass of lemon water, I started doing this towards the end of the year and it wakes you up so fast. Bonus, the lemon in the water boosts your metabolism. Tip 3° Create a pump up playlist. Before you go anywhere, while you're getting ready, in the car put on your playlist and jam out.
