Hey rosebuds, it's Abigail. So today I'm on a fitness kick so I'm gonna do some fun ways to excersice in the summer without spedning all day in the gym, these are fun ways to get or stay fit, but remebered diet is a huge part of health too, so enjoy rosebuds!♡ 1. Go to the beach You can go running, play football or go swimming too, its awesome. 2. Run with a friend or your dog Its good excercise and it can help you keep in touch with your friends. 3. Go for a nice bike ride Pack up a picnic and put on lots of sunscreen and go for chill bike ride to a cool place and enjoy your lunch. 4.Try something new Never gone for a hike, never tried a fitness class, nows the time when you're just sitting around ,sign up for that class and go. 5. Learn to cook healthy food With all your free time you can learn how to prepare healthy and nutritious meals so take the time and learn, help yourself live your best life
